Instructions for Authors

If your paper has been accepted, please look at the reviewers comments and do your best to address any shortcomings identified when preparing the final version of your paper.

Once the changes have been approved, your amended paper will be printed in the Springer Lecture Notes on Computer Science proceedings for the conference. Your paper should not exceed 12 pages of the standard LNCS format. Do not use custom fonts or try to cram extra text into the paper by altering margins or spacing. For detailed instructions on the required format, please refer to the author instructions.

You must provide a PDF and all source materials required to produce your paper, formatted correctly before 6th April. Send this as a compressed zip/tar file to AIMS@aims2007.org. If you use Latex, you must include all style files, bibliography files and source images required to produce the final version of your paper.

You must also provide signed copright forms by fax or PDF/E-mail to:

Attention Mark Burgess, Fax: +47 22 45 32 05

All papers must be presented at the conference. Each paper will have a maximum time slot of 15 minutes of talking time, followed by discussions at the end of the session. A principal aim of the conference is to stimulate discussion and therefore in addition to some slides, you should be prepared to field many difficult questions about your work.

Before your paper can be accepted at least one author of the paper must register online for the conference (this page will be available soon).

Congratulations once again and we look forward to welcoming you to Oslo in June.

Regards,
Conference Chairs
Arosha Bandara and Mark Burgess
