Registration

The registration for AIMS 2008 includes a copy of the paper proceedings, access to all tutorials, lunch during the three conference days, coffee breaks, and the social event. The early bird registration fee of 200 Euros is only available until June 2nd. After June 2nd, the normal registration fee of 250 Euros will be charged.

To register, you have to fill out an online registration form. Once your form has been processed, you will receive a bill which we like to ask you to pay via bank transfer. If a direct bank transfers are not an option for you, please contact Renate Knappe. She will also help you with any other questions you might have concerning your registration.

Accomodation at Jacobs University

Jacobs University has all facilities available on the spacious campus to host AIMS 2008 participants. We have allocated rooms in our new and comfortable student colleges to host AIMS 2008 participants and instructors.

The first option is a single room in a double room apartment with shared ensuite bathroom. The slightly more expensive option is a single room with ensuite bathroom. All rooms include full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner). We offer the rooms for 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 night stays according to the following price list. Note that we cannot offer special prices for one night stays.

When booking a room on campus, please indicate your arrival time, your departure time, and the room type. Note that booking request for campus rooms must have been received by June 23rd. For booking a room on campus, please use the online registration form or contact Renate Knappe. We need to know your arrival and departure date and whether you arrive / leave in the morning, the afternoon, or in the evening.
